Privacy notice (pilot)

TinySteps is in a pilot. This notice explains in plain words what the pilot stores and why. It will be replaced by a reviewed privacy policy before a public launch.

What we store

• Grown-up accounts: name, email address and password (stored as a hash) for each parent or family member who signs in.
• Your family: children's first names, avatar emoji or colour, optional birth year, tasks, points, rewards, milestones and the TV display settings you choose.
• Photos and audio you upload: child photos, family album pictures, custom images and backgrounds, and azan audio. These are kept in private storage and are only shown to members of your family and to TVs you paired. They are never public links.
• Paired TVs: a device name and a revocable device token. You can revoke a TV at any time.

What we don't do

• No ads, and no selling or sharing of your data with advertisers.
• Children don't have accounts, emails or passwords.
• No analytics or tracking cookies on this website.

Deleting data

Managers can delete photos (the file is removed from storage), children, tasks, rewards and paired TVs at any time. To delete a whole family or account during the pilot, contact the TinySteps pilot team.
